Information you provide
We collect the details you submit, such as your name, email address, telephone number, town, dog information, training goals, discovery answers and correspondence. A guide or newsletter request collects your email address and your consent choice. Applications and contact requests may include more detail so the team can understand your situation. Please do not submit payment card details, government identification, children's personal details or private medical information through these forms.
We retain the submitted form, the time we received it, its source and the version of the consent wording shown. Supplying a telephone number does not by itself authorize marketing text messages.
Information collected when you visit
Our websites and hosting providers process technical information, such as IP addresses, browser and device information, requested pages and security or delivery logs. We record landing pages, referring pages, campaign parameters and advertising click identifiers when they accompany a visit. Our website uses browser local and session storage, and our guide pages use a first-party cookie named pld_anon, to connect activity from the same browser and understand which content led to a request.
Our website also loads Google Tag Manager. Embedded media, scheduling pages and social platforms can process information when you use them. Their own privacy notices apply to their services. Browser settings let you block or clear cookies and storage; doing so can affect attribution, embedded services or form recovery. A member of the Pack Leader Dogs team reviews Maddie's drafts before sending them. Content creation tools also help prepare educational material for human review. These tools do not independently decide whether a dog is accepted into a program.
Who receives information
Authorized Pack Leader Dogs team members and service providers receive information needed for their work. These include providers for website hosting and private file storage, databases, email and email marketing, scheduling, social messaging, security, and AI-assisted processing. Our systems use Vercel, Supabase, Google Workspace, SendFox and Anthropic for relevant parts of these functions. When you interact through Instagram or ManyChat, or follow a Calendly or Skool link, those services also process your information under their own policies.
We do not sell or rent email or text-message consent to other businesses. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in information are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Providers that help us operate a messaging service may process that information for us. We may disclose information where required by law, to respond to valid legal process or to protect people, rights and the security of our services.
Email choices
Our forms explain the email updates you agree to receive. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in an email, or ask us at info@packleaderdogs.com. We retain the information needed to honor that request. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent necessary replies to an inquiry you initiate or messages about services you have booked.
Text-message choices
Marketing text messages require a separate, optional consent choice. That consent is not a condition of purchasing services. If you enroll in a Pack Leader Dogs text program, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help, or contact info@packleaderdogs.com. A request for a phone call or a reply to an inquiry is not a subscription to promotional texts.
Retention and protection
We keep information for the purposes described here, including responding to inquiries, delivering services, maintaining necessary business records and honoring consent choices. Retention depends on the type of record, our relationship with you, legal obligations and security needs. Copies may remain in restricted backups until those backups expire or are replaced. A deletion request does not require us to remove records we must retain for legal purposes or the minimum information needed to honor an unsubscribe.
We use access controls, restricted service credentials and encrypted connections to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. Our providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate.
Your requests and privacy rights
You can ask to access, correct, receive a copy of or delete your personal information by emailing info@packleaderdogs.com. Children and family privacy
Our services and forms are intended for adults arranging care or training for a dog. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if a child has submitted personal information so we can address it. Please describe household goals without identifying children or sharing their health information.
The ranch is private and visits are by appointment. Permission to use a family's photographs, video or testimonial is separate from form submission and marketing consent.
