Scope and acceptance
These Terms of Service cover the Pack Leader Dogs website, guide pages, forms and educational content that link to them. By submitting a form that asks you to agree to these terms, you agree to these terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not submit the form. You must be an adult legally able to enter an agreement, or have the involvement of an authorized adult when arranging services. Provide accurate information and contact details you are authorized to use. Do not submit another person's private information without authority.
Applications, quotes and bookings
Submitting a form, receiving a guide or discussing a program does not reserve a place, confirm acceptance or create a training or boarding agreement. For Residencies, the team holds an initial sales conversation, then an in-person Assessment determines fit before a quote and booking. Private Sessions are quoted on the first call; the first session is where we meet the dog, with no separate assessment required. Club entry and other services follow their published eligibility rules and the team's confirmation.
Fees, dates, payment, cancellation, refund and care terms are agreed separately before a service is booked. Those specific service agreements govern the booking. These website terms do not replace them or promise availability.
Education and safety
Our guides, videos, articles and email updates provide general dog-training education. They are not a diagnosis, veterinary treatment, an individual training plan or emergency assistance. Every dog and household is different. Seek qualified help for aggression, bite risk, health concerns or situations involving the safety of a child or animal. Do not put anyone at risk to try an exercise described online.
Results depend on the dog, circumstances, training and consistent follow-through. We do not guarantee a particular outcome from reading or following educational content. Program-specific commitments are described in the applicable service agreement.
Email and optional text messages
The consent statement on a form describes the Pack Leader Dogs email updates you agree to receive. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Replies to your inquiries and necessary messages about booked services are separate from promotional updates.
Marketing text messages require a separate, optional opt-in and are not a condition of purchase. If you enroll, frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Contact info@packleaderdogs.com for assistance. Tell us if a number you enrolled changes or no longer belongs to you. Delivery depends on your carrier and is not guaranteed. See our Privacy Policy for how consent and contact details are handled.
Permitted use and ownership
You may read, download and use our freely provided guides for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. Pack Leader Dogs or its licensors retain rights in the website's text, images, video, branding and other material. Do not sell, republish or redistribute that material without permission, except where the law permits your use. Contact us if you would like permission.
Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit deceptive or unlawful content, impersonate another person, send spam or use our forms to collect information about other people. Your submissions and third-party services
You keep your rights in material you submit. You authorize us to process it as needed to respond to you and provide the services you request, as described in the Privacy Policy. A private inquiry is not permission to publish your testimonial, images or personal story.
Links and integrations may take you to services such as Calendly, Skool, Instagram or email providers. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their availability or make their promises on their behalf.
Availability and responsibility
We work to keep the website accurate and available, but errors and interruptions can occur. A form confirmation means the request was recorded, not that a booking was accepted or an email reached its destination. To the extent permitted by law, the website and general educational content are provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted operation, completeness or fitness for your particular circumstances. We may update these terms by publishing a revised version with its effective date. Material changes apply prospectively; where required, we provide additional notice or seek agreement. A later website update does not silently rewrite an existing service agreement.
